Renowned computer maker Hewlett-Packard Co. ( HPQ - Analyst Report ) is currently facing consumer complaints from numerous Chinese consumers. Tuesday, before the market opens, Beijing, China-based American Dairy, Inc. (ADY: News ) is slated to report fourth-quarter results, with the Wall Street expecting earnings of $0.03 per share on revenues of $47.30 million. A year earlier, the group earned $0.39 per share on revenues of $54.49 million. For the fiscal 2009, the group expects revenues between $270 million and $290 million, while analysts expect earnings of $2.22 per share on revenues of $274.41 million.  

 

This week we have several issues to watch. Earnings season is mostly done but there are still many on deck in this week's unusual suspects. Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMLN), Eli Lilly & Co. (NYSE: LLY) and Alkermes, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALKS) are still in the 'pending' status for FDA.
